Coastwell Co. LLC collects personal information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

This Privacy Policy describes how Coastwell handles personal information collected through our public website. It also applies to personal information processed through the Coastwell platform and onboarding workflows, except where a signed agreement or a more specific privacy notice expressly provides otherwise.
When you request a quote, property review, or Coastwell account, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, property address, listing platform, property characteristics (including bedroom and bathroom count, square footage, and guest capacity), anticipated turnover volume, requested start date, referral source, program or plan selections, photographs you voluntarily submit, and related communications with us.
We do not collect government-issued identification numbers or complete payment card numbers through this website.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, create and administer accounts, provide Coastwell services, send operational and billing communications, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We may send occasional promotional communications where permitted by law. Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time using the link included in those messages. Operational, account, billing, and service-related messages may still be sent when necessary to provide contracted services.
If you voluntarily provide a telephone number, you authorize Coastwell to contact you by telephone or email regarding your inquiry. We do not send automated promotional text messages without separate, specific consent.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
Information submitted through Coastwell's website may be stored in Coastwell's secured cloud systems and customer-management tools, including services provided by Google Firebase and Brevo. These providers process information on Coastwell's behalf to support inquiry management, account communications, and service delivery.
Payment information, when payment is required, is processed by Stripe under its own privacy practices. Coastwell does not directly store complete payment card numbers.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf — including cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and business administration providers — but only to the extent necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Coastwell, our clients, or others.
Turnover technicians engaged by Coastwell receive only the property and access information necessary to perform an assigned turnover.
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We periodically review inactive records and delete or anonymize information that is no longer reasonably needed.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email us at hello@coastwell.co. We will respond within a reasonable period and, in most cases, within 30 days. Some information may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business obligation to keep it.
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this section reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These terms govern your use of the Coastwell website (coastwell.co) and any information you submit through it. Service relationships with Coastwell clients are governed by a separate Owner Service Agreement.
By accessing or using coastwell.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to submit inquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
Submitting a form on this website does not constitute a service agreement, guarantee of availability, or commitment by Coastwell to provide services. All service relationships are governed by a separate signed Owner Service Agreement.
Coastwell's published turnover rates are determined by the property's bedroom band and the selected membership plan. Any quote or estimate generated through this website is preliminary and is based on the property information you provide. It becomes binding only when Coastwell has confirmed the property details and the applicable rate is set out in a signed service agreement.
Coastwell's property review confirms property details, service eligibility, and readiness requirements. Properties with unusual layouts, commercial-scale sleeping capacity, extensive specialty requirements, or conditions outside Coastwell's standard service scope may require a separate written quote before activation. Where that applies, Coastwell will identify it before the property schedule is signed.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, we make no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Pricing, service details, program availability, and enrollment capacity are subject to change.
Descriptions of portfolio scenarios, sample reports, and operating targets shown on this website are illustrative and do not represent historical Coastwell performance unless expressly identified as such.
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Coastwell is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties.
