Portfolio proposal and Owner Service Agreement issued within 24 hours of initial contact. Countersigned agreement plus W-9, COI, and EIN available immediately.

Property Intake

Address, unit size, access instructions, iCal links, and special instructions collected per unit. Intake form provided for bulk entry on larger portfolios.

Platform Configuration

All units entered in the Coastwell platform, iCal feeds connected and tested, checklists configured per property type. Completed within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Cleaner Assignment & Briefing

Lead Cleaner and pool contractors assigned based on portfolio geography and volume. All personnel briefed on property-specific requirements before first dispatch.
